About Our Founder — Cindi Galiher
Cindi brings over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry to Glaze Salon. Her background includes working with well-known brands like Revlon, Laura Mercier, and Borghese, as well as hands-on experience with world-renowned makeup artists Mercier and Linda Cantello.
When local stylist Kathy Korab was seeking to open her own salon, Cindi’s passion for beauty brought her back into the business. Together, they purchased the building and co‑opened Glaze Salon in Chatham’s Townsquare complex, creating a polished, contemporary space rooted in true hometown warmth
